The bright and airy Lounge (see picture top right) overlooks the lanai and pool through triple patio doors, and is beautifully furnished with ample seating in designer-matched fabrics. This is a great place to relax with a book from the villa´s library collection, listen to music, watch a movie, or use the Play Station.

The fully equipped Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Eat casually at the breakfast bar or in the dining nook, or for larger meals use the adjoining Formal Dining Room.
The villa´s Laundry Room is also fully equipped, with large washing and drying appliances, as well as ironing facilities. |
The First Master Bedroom (picture above left) is furnished with a kingsize bed, walk in closet, and beautiful en-suite bathroom (above right). It even has a private balcony overlooking the peaceful lake - just right for watching Florida´s beautiful sunsets, or later for romantic stargazing!

Florida Weddings
To get married in Florida
You must visit the county courthouse for the city you are visiting. Florida residents must then wait 3 days before the ceremony.
You will need:
Your Passports (if applicable you´ll also need proof of any divorce, or the death certificate of a deceased spouse)
US Citizens must provide their Social Security Number
2 witnesses
The marriage may be performed by by the Clerk of the Court, by a certified Notary Public, or in a church.
The Marriage Licence Fee is about US$100
