The modern entertainment center includes a cable TV/VCR and a hifi audio system. A multi-zoned air conditioning system is available, although most people prefer to leave the screened doors open and enjoy the natural cooling of the balmy Trade Winds. |

The fully equipped Kitchen with breakfast bar is open-plan with washed oak cabinets, Corian style counter tops, and marble tiled floor. Including a comprehensive selection of appliances and utensils, as well as all cutlery, crockery and glassware that you will need. The formal dining room inside seats 8 people comfortably and an additional covered dining patio with table for 6 also features a gas barbeque grill. |

All 4 bedrooms are individually air conditioned, with private Italian marble bath and shower, and breathtaking views. The villa´s Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and Audio system, a bar with fridge, a safe, and a romantic private balcony with hot tub and beautiful views. The second bedroom has a king size bed with TV, bar and fridge, and the third bedroom has two full size beds with TV. The fourth bedroom / apartment has a king size bed with sitting room and a full kitchen.
