US Virgin Island Weddings
To get married on The US Virgin Islands
Couples must file a notarized marriage license application with the Territorial Court. Upon receipt, the application will be posted for 8 days of public inspection.
You must both swear under oath before the clerk of the court to receive your marriage licence. You´ll need your passports, or other proof of ID. If applicable you´ll also need proof of any divorce, or the death certificate of a deceased spouse.
The marriage license and judges fees total about US$300.
